CHEVA Youth Choir

 

  • To sign up your children for the CHEVA youth choir, please fill in this form and mail it, along with your semester payment, or first month’s payments if you will be paying monthly installments, to: Chelsea McCafferty, 157 W. Glaze Ave., Exeter, CA 93221
  • Registration is open as of 24th April and deadline to register is 31st July for the 2009 Fall semester
  • Choir practices will be held weekly on Wednesday mornings from 10:30-noon and will commence on 26th August 2009. Location is to be announced by the end of June.
  • CHEVA members ages 5 and up are welcome to participate

 

Fees and Payment Options

* Parents may pay a flat rate at the beginning of the semester, which lasts from the end of August to December, or they may choose monthly installments. Payments will be due by: September 1st, October 1st, November 1st and December 1st. First month’s payment is due at the time of registration.
